How do I get to my Control Panel?

All of the following will work:

http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

http://yourdomain.com:2082

http://your IP Address/cpanel

http://your IP Address:2082

Why can’t I get to my Control Panel?

There are a few possible reasons as to why you wouldn't be able to get to your control panel. If your domain name has not been transferred (resolved) over to our servers yet, you will have to go via http://your_IP_address:2082 to get to your control panel. If you still cannot connect make sure that you are not behind a firewall. And last make sure you are using the correct user name and password.

How do I change my Password?

Login to your control panel and select change password.
